  • Treat all complaints & suggestions as ‘Service Opportunity’ and handle them in timely and ecient manner
  • Do what I promise to the customers acting with transparency on all queries related to my customers
  • Guide customers who find themselves in financial diculties in a reasonable and responsible manner with empathy
  • Protect our customers’ private information while acting in accordance with the laws of the land and banking regulations
  • Appreciate and value my customers for banking with UAB and providing them with utmost level of service
